The Scope of Work for this project includes the removal and disposal of the existing PMA on the deck, roadway asphalt and the existing joints on both abutments. The deck shall be paved with Polymer Modified Asphalt and a Thorma Joints (Hot Poured Asphaltic Plug Joint) shall be installed on the abutments and pier joint locations. Prior to paving with new PMA and installing the new plug joints, the concrete repairs on the deck and the joint locations shall be completed.
